Jackie Autry’s Anza Ranch Is Back on the Market

It’s all yours for 900K.

Former Angels owner, philanthropist and widow of singing cowboy Gene Autry put her ranch back on the market at a discounted price. Originally $1.475 million, the new asking price on the sprawling Anza ranch is now $900,000.

According to the Los Angeles Times, “The 88.5-acre ranch was once a thoroughbred horse farm and includes three houses, several paddocks, grain silos, a bunkhouse and an equipment building. The dwellings include a 1987 manufactured home, a 1951 stick-built house and a manager’s house constructed in 1938.”

From the photos posted on Redfin, the structures themselves are pretty underwhelming. But with all that glorious open land up for grabs, there’s potential here for something special.

You can check out more images of the property here.
